Devcompute Hub provides educational coaching and informational content about employment consultations in Germany, with a focus on severance and exit preparation. We do not provide legal representation, tax advice, or guaranteed negotiation outcomes. Pricing shown on the site is informational and does not create a purchase contract until confirmed in a separate enrollment communication.

3. Intellectual property

Site design, text, worksheets, and course materials are owned by Devcompute Hub or its licensors. You may download materials provided to you for personal learning. You may not resell, publicly republish, or create competing courses from our materials without written permission.

4. User conduct

You agree not to misuse contact forms, attempt unauthorized access to systems, or share other participants’ private information from cohort spaces. We may suspend access to community channels for conduct that harms other learners.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Devcompute Hub is not liable for decisions you make with employers, works councils, or counsel based on educational content. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our pages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under German law, including liability for intent or gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health.

6. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in Bremen, Germany, shall have jurisdiction for disputes arising from these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to your residence.
