We may process: contact form fields (name, email, optional topic, message); technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps; and cookie preferences stored in your browser. If you enroll in a program offline, we process enrollment details needed to deliver coaching.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to inquiries — legitimate interests and, where applicable, steps prior to a contract.
- Operating and securing the website — legitimate interests.
- Optional analytics cookies — consent, where required. See our Cookies page.
- Program delivery and billing records — contract performance and legal obligations.
4. Retention
Contact messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing matter. Enrollment and invoice records are retained according to German commercial and tax retention rules. Cookie consent choices remain in localStorage until you clear them or update your preference.
5. Recipients and processors
We use hosting and email providers bound by data-processing agreements where required. We do not sell personal data. Cohort community tools, if used, are disclosed at enrollment.
6. International transfers
If a processor stores data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, supplemented by assessments as needed.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to certain processing.
