Refund policy

Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the product and how far delivery has progressed. Consumer rights under German and EU law remain unaffected where they apply.

Timeframe for requests

For cohort programs (including Exit Studio), you may request a full refund up to 7 days before the cohort start date if you have not received downloadable workbook materials early. After materials are released or the first live session begins, refunds become partial or unavailable as described below.

Full refunds

A full refund is available when: (a) we cancel a program; (b) you cancel a Clarity Brief or private session at least 48 hours before the scheduled start; or (c) you cancel a cohort seat within the pre-start window above and materials were not issued.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after Week 1 of a multi-week cohort but before Week 3 begins, we may issue a 40% refund of the program fee, less any non-recoverable third-party seat costs disclosed at enrollment. Withdrawals at or after Week 3 are not eligible for partial refunds except as required by law.

Non-refundable items

• Completed one-to-one sessions already delivered
• Custom document markup packages marked as delivered
• Third-party software licenses purchased at your request
• Administrative fees expressly labeled non-refundable in your enrollment note

Refund process

Email hello@devcompute-hub.digital with your full name, program name, enrollment date, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two business days and state whether a full, partial, or no refund applies.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method used in the offline invoice settlement. Bank transfer refunds may take additional time depending on your institution.

Cancellation by Devcompute Hub

If we cancel or reschedule a program in a way you cannot attend, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later cohort at no extra fee.

Exceptions

We may offer goodwill adjustments for documented medical emergencies or employer-driven schedule conflicts that prevent participation. Such exceptions are discretionary and documented in writing.
