From learners

“The Week 4 rehearsal made me slow my answer when HR said ‘this is standard.’ I still accepted a mid-range number, but I understood why.”

Client in fintech operations · Frankfurt

“Clause workbook was denser than I expected. Worth it — my lawyer meeting was half as long because I arrived with marked pages.”

Anika R. · HR systems analyst, Cologne

FAQ

Questions before you enroll

Do you provide legal advice?

No. We teach preparation and communication. Binding legal advice must come from a qualified lawyer licensed in Germany.

What if my exit timeline is shorter than five weeks?

Tell us at intake. We may recommend Clarity Brief or Counsel Circle instead of the full cohort so you are not stuck mid-module when a signature is due.

Is there a real limitation I should know?

Yes. We cannot predict employer behavior or guarantee a higher Abfindung. Outcomes depend on your facts, your counsel, and the other side. The studio improves preparation quality — not the odds of any specific euro amount.

Can my employer sponsor a seat?

Sometimes, especially during structured separations. Contact us for an informational invoice outline; payment is arranged offline.
